‘The Tennysons in Lincolnshire’
Next year’s annual Tennyson Weekend is to be from Friday 16th May until Monday 19th May 2025. The venue is the Lincoln Hotel, Eastgate, Lincoln, LN2 1PN. Telephone: 01522 520348. The website is: www.thelincolnhotel.com and email is: conference@thelincolnhotel.com
Cost for the hotel is as follows:
B&B Friday Single occupancy for a standard double room £94
Dinner £40
B&B Saturday Single occupancy for a standard double room £124
Dinner £40
B&B Sunday Single occupancy for a standard double room £69
Sunday lunch £21 to £25 as of October 2024
Double occupancy of the rooms is as above with an additional £11 for breakfast.
On booking the hotel will require a 10% deposit but final confirmation and full amount is not required until four weeks before the weekend – 18th April 2025
If you just want to be a day delegate but would like to take dinner that will have to be pre-booked with the hotel as well.
When contacting the hotel please explain that you are booking as part of the Tennyson weekend.

The format of the weekend will follow that of the previous Tennyson weekends with a range of talks and discussions. Saturday will be devoted to a day out in the county – “The Tennysons in Lincolnshire”
Sunday afternoon will also be free to explore more of Lincoln if you so wish and will be followed by the traditional Members’ Evening. A detailed programme will follow in the New Year for those of you who are interested in attending.
